No, it wasn't that. Soon after reddit banned anti-vaxx views, those accounts didn't just go to other sites. There was a mass flood of them. Everywhere. Far more than was on reddit. Many accounts which previously held right wing views were suddenly anti-vaxx. That's not organic.
