If you have every had the unfortunate experience of working with a diversity hire thot programmer, just know you are not alone. The last company I worked for interviewed this girl for our team and overwhelmingly rejected her, but some diversity outreach program insta-hired her and forced our team to take her. She thankfully quit after a year for a high paying management position at another tech company, those poor bastards.
