It's racist to hate Turkey. And with buying an S400 missile system they only did what's best for them. NATO shouldn't exclude it, due to it's strategic location.

Actually why the f would Russia sell the S400 to a country with multiple US military bases? I'm conflicted in wondering if the units are defective or if they just simply think the S500 makes the 400 so obsolete or something, or if Russia just sells shit to anyone
