Exactly this. Most eastern cities are cobbled together messes. Boston is nuts and D.C gets me close to a nervous breakdown.

Man, everywhere in WV is rough. You're either going steep uphill or steep downhill, the roads are winding, narrow, poorly maintained, and the speed limit is too high for all of those factors. There's a lot of great things about WV, but none of them are the driving conditions.
