Peruvian food is far and away better than food from other South American countries

There are an oddly large number of Peruvian restaurants near my work, they are all completely different. My co-worker asks "want steak?" For one place and "want cabbage" for the other. I could get to 4 different Peruvian restaurants in less than 10 minutes
