This batch is a middle ground between the prior 2 batches. No mistakes this time, no excess sugar, no excess water.
I'm interested to compare this batch with the other 2 because they seemed low in alcohol, possibly from too much sugar and not enough. I have some of the extra sugar batch ("dessert" wine) remaining but whether it will remain after the 2 months of fermenting this batch........
I will gladly help you taste test them and insist that they are all delicious.
