They're still going to claim free speech. They'll add the addendum that certain things cross a line when they "incite violence or hatred". Which sounds good if you take such a claim at face value. The problem is that anything can be construed as hatred as long as you take an opposing view. By redefining terms on their ground, they can claim whatever they want and still "technically" be true in the eyes of idiots who buy into their crap.
