one thing I hate about the place I live now is that I only have access to a shared community bbq and they just don't work right. also the grills are around the small pool, so you can't really depend on any sort of open space, open grills or peace and quiet while grilling on the weekends/summer. I never knew how much I'd miss the simplicity of hosting a bbq
