Even if bagged, that may eventually degrade. Since "Life...uh...finds a way" there may be poop monsters on the moon in a couple million years, and they will build the Church Of Armstrong to worship in.

There's only so much poop in a bag, I doubt it will feed exponentially growing organisms for millions of years.

Depending on whose poop they grew in, they'd found their religions and fight each other to extinction. They come from humans, so that's a realistic scenario.
