Well I got them to impliment it after a couple of spam posters created subs and v or vv whatever they go by made 15 subs day one on the site.

I have my doubts about that. Pure speculation of course but this was no small part of why I created that particular sub, to see the reaction from admins and try to figure out what kind of site this is and/or is going to be. I've had a belly full of the bullshit you find on the aforementioned sites. The timing on this is very suspect.
Is there a page that explains some of the workings of this site, eg.. how one reaches different levels, how voting works and the effect it has on accounts, a 'mission statement'... other?
