I can agree with stopping newbs from coming here and birthing bastard, forgotten subs all over the site, and I'm glad that I made my sub before this rule went into effect. :3 I've been debating on whether I wanted to make a new sub, and now I'll have to think about it some more as I'm only at level 4. At the very least this stops me from making it on impulse, which I guess was the point of this new rule.
