A couple tweaks to the image uploader

It's still in the testing stage, but

Max file size is now 8MB
The uploader now removes all EXIF data from jpg and png images

Yup, we're testing it at the moment so only a few people can use it. Everything hosted on i.phoxy.win was uploaded through Phuks.
