T348: Youtube expandos should support fullscreen
T349: Profile Phuks given and number for logged-in users do not match

Also some pages now honor the "open external links in a new tab" setting.

Oh thank god. I didn't want to look stupid by asking for it, but I have accidentally clicked on it after altering a title, so many times.
You'd think I would learn. But you'd be wrong.
