I was thinking the same. It's a stupid design and unless you familiarize yourself with that option, anyone could get in trouble. But it was his own damn fault ... so how you can sue is beyond me.

Especially since the most intuitive thing to do is look for a release exactly where they put it or under the dash.

Idk why you'd buy an xrl anyways. It's like an overpriced vette with an inferior engine. They look sharp, but that's about it.
