I don't see how they couldn't have known of the 13,400+ people that are actively suing Monsanto during the 2 year acquisition. Feels like they should have just let Monsanto go bankrupt and bought the patents as a bailout, which could have made them look like the good guys instead.

i really dont understand how that deal went through, the long term benefits from patents and stuff must be great because that bad press isnt going to be stopping any time soon.
