This is basic stuff. Are they not hiring quality managers or what?

*By managers I mean the store managers and assistant mangers tasked with running the actual units.

I assume it has to do with their food supply more than store cleanliness. They don't use GMO ingredients or preservatives, which just makes the food more likely to become contaminated even before it makes it to the store.

Their food tastes good, but it comes with a price and a risk.

This seemed isolated to the one store which makes me think it wasn't a supply issue.

I don't think their whole supply is tainted, I just think its easier for their supply to get tainted
