When I lived in a small 4 person dorm room with double bunks, one guy had a girlfriend. All they did was hang up a "privacy sheet". This would definitely be better.
Approved dorm decor: Toy truck; vase. All others upon request.
E: Dorms have more toys than this actual children's room was my point.
It looks claustrophobic to me. It looks like 30 inches or less to live in when you aren't in bed. My roommate and I shared a TV and a refrigerator (and a girl, but that's a different story). That doesn't look feasible in this room, and not enough room to have anything like a big tv or small refrigerator. It also doesn't look like a place where 10 friends can come hang around and talk, drink, or whatever.
Not if the guy up top has a girlfriend. It's bad enough when they're on the other side of the wall.
Maybe that's a selling point for some?
