Hiya,
I made this sub so you can post an idea for a short fiction story or write a story for someones idea or just post your own story that you thought up.
Feedback helps better then downvotes especialy if you can help someone improve!

I did some. Not well. I realy cant write. Can you make them right? I can't get words to paper like speaking but I can paste copys okay.
I hope i don't wreck it. I'm going now to try it.
So just say if you wrote a story here and then a few weeks later you found it posted somewhere else online claiming it as their own? Do you know about any protections for that? I do know there are some but it might be worth investigating and posting in here what you find as a thread if you don't know already.
I don't know at all. If you write something and your time is earlry than its yours right? I don't know where to look even to find out.
Officially: Our current privacy/tos/ownership rules say that you, the username here now, owns it as soon as you post it. Unlike other networks, we want you to have ownership over edit info/data/pics/art/stories. Phuks can provide proof/datestamp if requested.
As a community: Internet copyright law is still a bit crazy. We don't have a bunch of lawyers and we aren't willing to sue on your behalf(will counter-sue if pressed), but if you need chronological/datestamps/accesslogs or some basic legal defense info or other proof that you made it here at a certain time/date with [admin level] witnesses, we'll help in any way we can.
edit : 10:36pm, last time >_> i swear
Technically you would own the copyright but would likely have to go to court and prove it... which with anonymous internet communities can be a double edged sword.
However generally writing prompts are really much more about writing for enjoyment or to hone your craft. Many years ago I used to write in a community however I completely forgot the name of it.
Good looking out, it might be beneficial to have a tag/flair for certain posts that users would like to keep in their domain. Otherwise most posts should be considered forfeit and copypasta once put onto the internet.
From this post I doubt if she knows how:
If you know how to do it or can point her at the info that might be a good idea. I sure don't.
Thanks, I'll go ahead and make a note over there.
New comment because I don't know if you will get updates on an edited one.
Just go into your sub, look at the sidebar to the right and there is a button for Edit Sub Flair.
Each flair that you submit will be a tag that users can add to the title of their post. If you browse around on some subs here you will notice a grey box that adds a word or two to post titles.
Edit: I would probably add at least two flairs. One for Prompts and the other for Short Story or Prompt Response
