It's a subjective issue, but I don't think a few slave workers between friends is a big deal in the greater scheme of things. I'd rather boycott Israel.
Besides, they promise they're sorting it out holistically:
"The Royal Thai Government reaffirms our commitment to combat the migrant workers' exploitation in a holistic manner … and stands ready to work with all stakeholders in order to enhance our labour practices in alignment with the international labour standards,"

There are other boycotts who were there first, and are more deserving in my eyes.
