I wanted hot Italian sausage. They only had sweet or mild.

These are sort of peppery. Not exceptional.

Any sausage is good sausage, though.

They were good. I was expecting them to be more firecrackery.

However, I ate a leftover for breakfast, and it was pretty spicy. Not sure how to account for that.

No way are those things up to spicy par for anyone that likes spicy. Yet still a damn good dinner I must say.
