I actually called the store to ask how TF to cook the things. They tasted a lot like crab so I don't doubt the ingredients. As for the looks I friend them in olive oil and crisped them a bit to make sure they were cooked (always a bit leery with seafood and chicken)

The sausage looking things are walleye with crab wrapped inside? How on earth would it come out looking like that?
