I used to put balsamic + S&P on all of my veggies, raw or for baking/grilling. I kind of grew tired of it. I do a mix of red, white and apple cider vinegar with a little bit of olive oil now for anything raw (cabbage, broccoli, etc) and just oil and S&P for cooking. Brown mustard goes a long way adding a little bit for coleslaw.
