Last I heard, Israel isn't muslim.
Look up Iran's tactics, especially in regards to treaties regarding it's nuclear program. There's a video of an academic scholar that I wish I knew how to find again, I should have saved a link. For those countries, seven years for a lie instead of a treaty is done very specifically.
It is kinda vague, but "Antichrist forges 7 years of peace between Israel and Muslims" is one popular interpretation.
He will confirm a covenant with many [or 'the people', one way to refer to the Israelites] for one ‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. It looks like most interpretations call that a week but it's more likely a "Year of Jubilees" thing since that was every seven years.
2021 is one such year.
Jewish/Hebrew/whatever aren't particularly fond of Muslims so I wouldn't be surprised that there's someone somewhere linking Israel to the US withdrawal.
It does amuse me that a 7 year peace treaty with Israel is literally a Sign Of The End Times.
