To be fair, I did eat at a Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles once. The food was rather tasty, but it is definitely not a classy joint. They have an attached full bar that sells all sorts of liquor while people are waiting to be seated to eat their breakfast or lunch, and people were getting hammered at 10am.
