Apple pie is the eternal winner in this battle. Any other choice is a communist ploy!

But. ... but I don't actually like sweet desserts. Maybe I can make a pie with oat flour instead of sugar

That sounds interesting. Or, you could just eat an apple cut into slices with no carb shroud around it.
