1 carton equals 200 cigarettes.
200 x 7= 1400 minutes
1400 ÷ 60 = 23.3333333 hours
So each carton is equal to removing about a full day of life as the saying goes.
I'm not sure of the reasoning for this post. Whether its even pro or anti smoking.
