I'd like to say that there's no way that this is going to pass but, given our willingness to trade liberty for comfort in this country, the current histrionics of the populous, the sheep in the legislature that are lead by Shepherd Mitch, and our lawmakers ability to "tack it on" to a much more desperately needed piece of legislation...
