I felt let down by them.
We always did our best to represent the sub as the community desired.
But while we had their backs, some were very quick to throw us under the bus, based on mostly lies. They love the drama so much, very few actually fact-checked the accusations. And those that did got downvoted hard and harassed, so I don't blame them for staying out of it.
I did smile a bit when my comment to Atko, calling out his behaviour, not only ended up positive, but Atko was downvoted just as much as I was. Considering how many sockpuppets kevdude was using, that means users there are waking up to the fact that the admins are not what they thought.
Yeah, I am also greatly disappointed in the turn it's taken recently. I think it rubbed off on me a bit, and something I noticed a few days ago make me think twice about spending time there.
So hopefully this goes swimmingly. I'll try and do my part.
