MFW I realise I set my uTorrent to max out at 800 kbps for at least the last 2 years

if i dont throttle it down to 1 mbps, my isp likes to drop my connection for a short while >_>

I have a slow as shit connection, so it didn't really occur to me before now, but I recently upgraded my taternet and thought it was weird that it kept maxing out at 800.

Then I remembered.

I did hit 800kbps on a few occasions.

My new mobile ISP is ridiculous though. Between 40-50 mbps from 12-8am.
