I'm going to someone's house and just bringing redskin mashed potatoes and they will do traditional turkey stuff.

I sure did! But you guys didn't come so we decided to eat everything right away in one sitting.
Just kidding. The last of the turkey was our lunch on Wednesday.
I was soooo pleased with how it all turned out. Especially the dressing. I've never had any truck with chestnuts before, but the recipe was dead on.
