Dealing with them for an evening is easier than the dealing with the drama if I snubbed them on the hloiday.
I'm not excited about the next few hours. A bunch of morons sitting around watching foosball and flapping their traps about nothing. They even have horrible opinions about hockey.
We invited a couple we knew from NY to share the day. We didn't bother with TV. Organized sports are a bane upon intelligence and should be relegated to entertainment for prison inmates, not pushed at normal, thinking people.
Those are hours you'll regret.
