The Cleveland area sucks hard for the most part. Columbus is a booming area right now. Thinking about moving outside the city limits to avoid the city tax. Either that or back somewhere in the north east part of the state is still pretty nice. It certainly beats living in Iowa, that was a boring state.

I have been around a decent amount of the Midwest at it's pretty great. Except for Ohio.
