California is such a shitshow anymore I'm actually very much looking forward to going back to Ohio. I can buy some land, have a basement, have a big garden and do a lot of canning and fermenting, go fishing, plant some fruit trees, etc.
I have met a surprising number of people out here who can't wait to move back to the midwest area.

I have been around a decent amount of the Midwest at it's pretty great. Except for Ohio.

I am tempted to do something similar since I'll be driving from California to Ohio in a few months. Seems like it could be fun to do and I could probably put it on my business account for 'recruiting'.
