They really fucking don't learn. I don't even use this stuff and it pisses me off.
The worst part is that this has economic implications too. We have a small factory in town that produces the liquids, and plenty of small independent businesses that specialize in selling the stuff. Now, plenty of people will be out of a job because some soccer moms got a bug up their ass.
If they want to stop kids from using it, then crack down on illegal possession and distribution to minors. But who the fuck thinks it's OK to shut down businesses and fucking tell adults they can't use this thing that doesn't hurt other people?
If anything, this will make it easier for kids to get it because now all sales of it will be illegal and illegal drug sellers don't give a fuck about who they sell to, all they care about is dumping their black market goods.
This is fucking dumb. This ban will just open up a black market for flavored vapes, or people will buy the unflavored ones and then mix flavors later.
