It's surprisingly simple: create and legislate instances where the mother must abort the baby.
Another way to do this is "If the father doesn't want it, the mother must abort." This completely up-ends the stance where the mother has the choice to abort even if the father wants the child and has no way to cause the mother to carry to birth/term.
I guarantee you'll see all those pro-choice folks backtracking and wanting "common sense" abortion legislation.
