I haven't played Minecraft in at least 7 years, and this has been one of the most frustrating, hilarious and entertaining experiences in gaming I have ever had.
Me and her have never had more fun than playing Minecraft together. It was honestly a fundamental building block in our relationship, pun intended.
We spent thousands of hours in that little cube world. Modded the hell out of it until you barley could recognize it. We joined all kinds of multiplayer servers, won dozens of Hunger Game matches. We loved it.
Took a break for several years, with each year passing we would open it up for a day or two and try to get back into it. But Microsoft fucked it up IMO.
Last month we felt the urge to play again, and we started our Forever World. It will be our modded home server that we will use for the rest of our MC lives. I want to spend ages on the same map and one day take a tour through our mind as we see the progression.
