I literally told the man to not use a specific internal url for testing because it was going away. 15 minutes later, he sends me a screenshot about how he can't get to the internal url I literally just told him not to use.

A series of pre-deployment tests that should only take 30 minutes is stretching into his second day now.

Have you tried resetting it? Some obscure models need to reboot once in a while.

That's so tempting. I'd probably lose my job, however. Resetting a person is generally frowned upon.
