So I saw the rotating subhead today, "Now I am become Phuks, the Destroyer of Worlds." Was that a quote from the diary of @Mattvision?

Oppenheimer was quoting a passage from a Hindu text.

Far more people know it from Oppenheimer than the Bhagavad Gita. In the west at least.
