Not that I wish to encourage vote manipulation, but at present I'm more engaged by whether the criteria for banning someone is consistent and statistically meaningful, and what data the decision is based on.

With the website so small, it's hard to imagine that there's a lot to go on.

Well we try to have as much conclusive proof as possible before issuing a ban. All the data we have is a relatively short window of server logs (basically the browsing a user does, plus their IP and User-Agent) so it's often impossible to be 100% sure a user is doing vote manipulation. However this time it was quite blantant.

Also, we're humans and might commit mistakes (atleast I have, in the past) and anybody can appeal by emailing us at <[email protected]>
