Well everything about the situation is sour, besides John Goodman none of "The Connors" gave her the benefit of the doubt, ABC quickly overreacted to a situation that would have blown over within a few weeks (of course ABC should have put her on a social media leash, after all ABC is Disney which means morals clause in the contract).
The only likeable person left is John Goodman who defended Roseanne while also doing the new show as an anchor because nobody is going to tune in for the "star power" of Sara Gilbert or Michael Fishman (essentially Goodman is doing it so the cast/crew can get some pay).
