Apache is still broken. I am no further in aiding her on her quest - as she's surprisingly demanding.
But, what really irks me today is that it takes a long time to register for every single photo printing service on the 'net. So, why the hell would they hide the "register with email" option?!?
Who does this?!? Monsters, that's who.
This should be fucking point and click.
I'm now on about the 50th (not kidding) photo print service. It is called Zazzle.
Bear with me. I have a point.
I finally find email registration and activate my account.
I login. I set my store name.
It asks for a banner. I can do that. I know it won't take a full giant honking image so I crack open an image editor and make a small banner from a larger image.
They tell me it is too small for the banner. THEY DO NOT TELL ME THE MAX SIZE
So, I make a bigger banner. Again, I have no idea how to edit/crop/whatever. I just poke buttons until it does stuff.
I go through the three clicks to upload that image.
That image is too large.
I make it smaller. It uploads! Five clicks later, they finally realize I already edited it and I don't want to work with their shitty interface. Leave my banner alone - and why did you put watermarks on it?!? That's just stupid! I'm the only one seeing it at this point!
I finally get the form filled out (now about 45 minutes in) and session has expired.
I have to do that all again.
