Will the system ever stop with the captcha? I feel like I must have spend hours clicking on store fronts and traffic signs

There is one for me if I try to submit a text or link post. Google seems to be trying something new by having users select around an image with steet signs.

I think there is a captcha up until a certain level. Maybe that should be lowered, I don't really see a reason for users to have to do captchas at level 5.
