I have this dog in my house that could kill me with one snap of his jaws while I sleep but instead I get "Nah, man, face licks".

I get sleep snuggles in the bend of my leg. 60 pound dog needs to snuggle my legs when I go to bed. If there's no room or I'm not lying on my side for this, he gently growls at me until he can.
