This house looks to be absolutely perfect for us to settle down with our new little one on the way and start a family. I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties in dealing with realtors. They can be a sneaky and untruthful lot of snakes. I've found is much more enjoyable when you can deal with people directly to achieve both goals without making it more complicated. I'm happy to hear that you value truth and honesty above money. That shows that we've found the perfect landlord in you.

My wife Kim and I would absolutely love to tour the property soon to start planning our big move. I saw that there's already a dedicated nursery which makes our work a lot easier. With both of us being medical students we find it difficult to arrange times that are not an inconvenience for us. Would you be willing to work with us and perhaps have a tour and a slightly unusual time? If not I completely understand.

As far as our down payment goes, how exactly would we go about our exchange. I currently have a large amount of money tied up in crypto currency that I'm waiting to cash out on. However if you are familiar with this form of currency and willing to receive 0.4 BTC in place of cash for our first payment, than we could move this forward at a quicker pace. That amount would include a bit more than you're asking for as a tip for being so flexible and understanding.

Sounds good You can drive to the house anytime of the day if you wish to view yourself. I am currently Deployed working with the United state international Agency (USAID), I'm active duty Army and now in the National Guard and work full time here in ----------(correct city, wrong state). If you like the property , you can get back to me to proceed with Rentals, I still have the for sale sign because I haven’t gotten a tenant yet. like I explained I am no more dealing with the Realtor so deal with me directly .

Any suggestions for a response?
