A while ago I wouldn't have had an issue with this. I'd chalk it up as some gross humor. But now with the movement to normalize pedophilia (minor attracted person), I can't view it as a joke. I have to view it as an assault on society and how we live.
And it's with that view, that I say we should execute these sick fucks. And tear down their creations.
Sadly I don't think this'll be the end of this guy. It's really just some dark humor, and though I couldn't see a non-leftist getting away with this, he really didn't do anything actually evil.
