Of course it's great for employees, but if you employ 100 people that's 800 hours of work you're paying for but not getting. You'd have to hire 25 more people to cover your shifts. How would that be sustainable?

CEO "we're going to increase labor by 20 percent, with additional benefits costs for 25 people".
