I like to do a ground beef mask for my face. Its amino acid-rich, and the myoglobin really helps my pores breathe.

Now, with the ground beef, do you cook it first? Some salt and pepper?

Most of the clients prefer that preparation prior to applying the ground beef to the interior of the face.

Raw beef. Cooking beef burns off the myoglobin (which is responsible for the color of raw red meats). No salt or pepper either. Salt dries out the skin, and pepper irritates the sinuses.

And just in case anyone out there doesn't get the joke and is somehow dumb enough to actually put raw beef on their face... don't. Its a good way to get a nasty bacterial infection. I don't want a lawsuit over any salmonella-based pinkeye.
