It's medieval/fantasy. The fantasy elements haven't really been added in yet. But they will be later on in the development cycle. Currently it just seems like a standard medieval game.
And yeah, I know how you feel with the work thing, I've not had a second to catch my breath in quite a while. Glad you are doing good though!

Been good, working on an MMORTS and it's been coming along so a bit excited about that. (Went into beta recently) The real question how have you been?
