I mentioned it because it is one of the rallying cries of the Left in the US, and it was part of the Left's narrative that it was racist for the police to tell the guy that he should be walking on the sidewalk and not in the street. While in reality, it's just part of order in society. Apparently, the Canadians take it so seriously that they'll fine a white man with a baby.

Dad knows the area and his abilities more than the cop and damn sure he cares infinitely more than the cop about his daughter.. Bored grumpy cop IMO
