What about picinfinity (http://picinfinity.co/)? It propagates images around to several hosting sites and gives you a link that will find it if one or more sites go down. I haven't used it but that's what is advertised.

Yes if imgoat is gone then many things I posted will exist only as thumbs - ah well, that's the risk you take using a free service isn't it? :)
